Farm + Friends = Fun

I've posted about this before, but I'll post about it again! One of my favorite things about Overland Park is the FREE Deanna Rose Childrens Farmstead. It's approximately two miles from our house, but it feels like another world. We love going there, there is so much to see and do!

The other day school was let out early, so we met up with some friends for some farmstead fun. We spent maybe three hours there and didn't even get through half of it! I'm telling you, the place is huge...

But we did see the cows!

And we took time to pose prettily...

And of course there's always time for popsicles!

We even took in a movie!We didn't get to the petting zoo, butterfly gardens, fishing pond, pony rides, hay rides, teepee exhibits, old school house, bank, mining for gold, flower gardens or large playground....
