A few weeks ago, Owen looked outside to our back yard and saw squirrels racing along the fence. This is a very common occurrence in our yard.
I was watching him watching the squirrels, it was so cute how excited he got.
Finally he turned toward me and said:
"Wook mom, a dinosaur!"
Fast forward to yesterday. We are driving down the road and Owen is pointing out everything he can possibly name. Reese and I are listening and repeating and giving him encouragement.
Then after a moment of quiet contemplation
he blurts out:
"Wook mom, a dinosaur!"
I think the poor kid is confused.

I'm with owen on this one.
I was talking to the kids about what they wanted to be when they grow up. I heard the standard answers of teacher etc...Kelsie blurts out "When I grow up I wanna be a bird!" Ummmm good luck w/that!
Hahahha that is awesome! Tyler says a horse is a cow sometimes still... ugh.
