The Owen/Jace/Noah Party Chronicals

July is jam packed with birthdays for both mine and Don's side of the family, so my SIL Erin and I decided to combine Owen, Jace and Noah's family parties.

It was a HOT afternoon at Wines Park in Lehi and Owen needed some liquid refreshment!
I decided to get a pinata for the party. I thought I was being soooo clever. But when I got to the park, I realized I didn't have any string to hang it with, a bat or a blindfold. I did, however remember the most important part: the CANDY. One quick call to Erin before she left her house, and we were hooked up with the rest! Thanks for saving the day!

Uncle Mike was the brave one who held onto the string, there were some close calls with that bat! Go ALLY!


Every kid got a turn (except Reese, she declined) and we finally got the thing open. In 2007 there were SEVEN babies born in the MacArthur family! Owen was due to come second, but little Isabela was a week late and Owen was two weeks early so he stole first place. Eleven days later out came Jace. Then Luke, Max, Enoch and Sophie. This picture is from our family reunion last summer...
Back to the present, here are the three birthday boys---Owen, Jace and Noah


Gotta love Costco cupcakes! Owen had them for his first birthday party too----they are the perfect size for these little guys--just like their very own mini cake!

It was hilarious watching these two devour their frosting. They just stuck their faces right in it! I couldn't get a shot of them both doing it at the same time--they kept taking turns looking at me then licking their cupcake.

Present time! Lots of trucks and hotwheels were recieved---both of their favorites.

Owen could not get enough of his Grandpa Sparky or "Pocky" as he called him.

We missed celebrating Isabela's birthday, she had just moved to AZ with her parents when we arrived in Utah :( Hope to see you soon Bela Boo!
Yes, that is sooooo Don's little brother!
