Too Soon?

I LOVE CHRISTMAS!! We went and bought my mom a new tree yesterday (pre-lit rocks!) and it's been sitting in the living room in the box practically calling to us to put it up. After much begging from the kids, and a little arm twisting from me, we got Don to agree to put up the tree early. He doesn't like to skip holidays, but the kids were so excited-how could he refuse? After we decorated it, we got in our pj's for some hot chocolate and we broke out "The Polar Express" dvd and had a movie party. I'm just like one of the kids when it comes to Christmas, I think I get just as excited as they do! The only thing that doesn't excite me, it makes me rather sick to my stomach actually, is the amount of dough we have to fork over for presents for four kids! Ouch....
