Movin' On Out

This is the beginning of our last week living in Kansas. We have LOVED living here, we love the schools, we love the beauty of the plains, we love our friends. But our time here has run it's course and three years is a long time to be away. We miss our mountains, and we miss our family. Life is too short to not live close to family.

So this Saturday the kids and I will fly home...to this...

And this...

And Don will follow shortly in the truck. In the meantime, I have so much to do. So many people I love to say goodbye to, so many more memories to make. SO. MUCH. PACKING.

I will leave a piece of my heart here, this was my home away from home, and it was wonderful.
We're movin' on out, and we're ready for our next adventure.

And you will be missed.
You better keep up on your blog so we know how you are doing. Thanks for teaching me how to set mine up!
Best of luck on the new MacArthur Adventure!
I love Utah.

Wow...that gave me the chills! I had no idea. I'm so happy you're moving back. A piece of your heart will always be in Kansas. Mine still is. As much as I loved it there and miss it sometimes, there's no place like home. Good luck with your move. Let me know if I can help you at all once you're here. I can't wait!!
