KC Pumpkin Patch

It's not fall without a visit to a local pumpkin patch!

We decided to visit one in a small town called Gardner.
It was a GORGEOUS drive out there! I love this time of year, leaves changing, crisp air, my Scentsy warmers aglow giving off cinnamon scents (I had to add that in!).

My four little pumpkins:

It was a brisk day, when the sun came out it was perfect,
but it didn't happen all that much on this day...

Posing on a haystack right before our hay ride to the pumpkin patch!
Poor baby, he was so cold.
This is a cute train we rode around the "yellow brick road."
Check out the guy in the back....he sat in a car all by himself...he looked like that the entire 10 minute ride. Creepy.

Out at the actual pumpkin patch, pickin's were slim.
We ended up buying ours at the local Price Chopper!

Owen's favorite---a "fire guck!"

Running on the hay bales are required pumpkin patch play.
Just ask this guy:

The sun came out for about five minutes!
Or
She's saluting me cuz I'm the coolest mom

We raced ducks in this ingenious duck racing device
:

Ally loved the zip-line

These two bounced on the giant pumpkin...

This one cried on the giant pumpkin..
.stage fright...

Warming up!

This was also a favorite, the giant racing bikes!
These guys got going super fast!

I thought it would be fun to put Owen on the toddler train.
He loved it until the very end when he saw me trying to take a photo of him....

Then he screamed....

All in all it was a beautiful day on the farm!

I've wanted to go to the Gardner Pumpkin Patch both falls we've lived here. Somehow we've just never made it. Sure looks like we missed out on some fun. Love the pictures!

Now that is what I call a pumpkin patch, how fun!!
Little Owen is getting so big I hardly recognized him in the pumpkin head pictures.

And that guy looked WAY creepy.

Happy Fall!

That looks fun! I would love to jump on that big orange bouncy thing. Wish they had one of those in UT. Cute pictures, I love the last one of Owen when you were taking his picture.
