At our house this morning:

"MOOOOOM!! Ally won't let me break my leg!"

Me:
"What?"

Reese:
"I want to have a broken leg, but she always breaks hers first"

Me:
"Wait, what are you talking about?"

Reese:
"In our game...we're playing house"

Me:
**waiting**smiling**

Reese:
"I want to be the little pioneer girl with the broken leg"

Me:
"Ok, well why don't you both have broken legs?"

{Enter Ally, skipping, wearing a bonnet}

Ally:
"Mom, I wish I could have been a pioneer, their lives were sooo much funner! I bet they didn't have to do jobs like we do!"

{Enter Brayden}

Brayden:
"I hate playing pioneers. I wish there was never such a thing! Why did we have to have them anyway?"
