If You Plant It, It Will Grow
Welp, my in laws are in town for a few days--stopping by to visit as they make their way around the country on a long road trip. We've had a good time so far and have enjoyed showing them around our favorite parts of the O.P. Today we visited Independence, MO and saw some cool history sites. And, right now we're enjoying another major thunder storm!! A little unnerving....
I love all the rain we get here. You can plant just about anything and it will grow huge and you don't have to worry about watering it. It will be fun when we get our own yard again---I literally could not get anything to grow at our home in Utah.

Well... just wait until we don't get rain for a month, then your beautiful plants will die. :) It'll happen come July & August. Ha ha I need to head to the Arboretum! Looks beautiful!
I miss the thunderstorms of Virginia, I wish we could get storms like that here. But the snow is still in the mountains. It's beautiful with the green mountains highlighted with the snow. Miss ya.
