Our drive was....well worth it!
When we entered Utah County at 1:30 am we instantly felt at home. It was a long, long day, but we survived. The older three kids did GREAT. Absolutely no problems there. It was Owen who was our source of stress-he literally wore us all out from his fussiness. I slipped him some benedryl early on hoping it would knock him out, and it had the opposite effect. He was wired. And cranky. And he pooped a lot. And played in it.
But we made it.
I think I need this whole month to recover before I can drive back!

Welcome Back!!!
Have a fun trip - it does look like home looking at the picture and we feel the same way each time we visit too. Hope you have fun!
Hooray! You made it.
(sigh) Glad you made it! and lol at Owen playing in his poop. That's my favorite little buddy!
Yay your here, can't wait to see you guys!
Welcome home! Benedryl has the same effect on Gwen. Long drives are never fun. I've done the drive from Utah to Minnesota way too many times, and with kids it's even worse!
You are not being prideful or selfish...I wouldn't take Clark to the reunion, even if Jason was coming with me. I am sure you will be missed though!
