Shave and a Haircut

Meet Timmy (the one on the right) our neighborhood friend. Timmy is at our house everyday, almost all day. Timmy is a great kid, but being two years older in school then my Brayden, he knows all sorts of tricks. And he's teaching them to Brayden! Their latest adventures have been to our clubhouse where they keep fully stocked vending machines. The boys have been finding ways to earn money through punch/cookie sales on the corner. They've also resorted to checking couch cushions and searching the diaper bag. I thought it was great at first, teaching the kids about earning money and counting it, but now it's getting annoying having them appear with new treats all the time. I decided to let them have their clubhouse fun for a bit, since Timmy is moving in two days and hopefully my kids will forget about the vending machines full of cavity-inducing fun.

Speaking of cavities, were off to the dentist this afternoon! So far the kids have had great teeth....


Yesterday both boys got haircuts. I love shaving Brayden's head for the summer, it makes his eyes look so big and blue. What a handsome kid!
