Recipe of the Week (2)

Cheesy Mostaccioli
{hard to pronounce, delicious to eat}

1 lb. pkg. Mostaccioli Pasta
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 (28 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
2 tsp. salt
3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Cook pasta according to directions, under cook by 2-3 minutes, drain. Brown ground beef and sausage over medium heat, pour off drippings. Stir in spaghetti sauce, soup, pepper and seasoning. Combine pasta with meat sauce mixture and half the cheese. Pour into 9x13 baking dish and top with remaining cheese, cover with foil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted and slightly brown. Serve with a green salad and French bread.

This one will feed the whole family!
