THE Update

What a week! What an adventure!!!

What I Know:
*Don't pick a weekday to move, NO ONE can help
*Don't move in the middle of January, no one WANTS to help
*If moving out of state, pay someone to do it for you
*Flying with the kids instead of driving is money well spent
*Frontier Airlines has TV's in the seatbacks
*Kansas is flat
*Overland Park is very family oriented
*I have every store imaginable close to my apartment
*I like my apartment
**It's big
*The kids new school is nice
*Their mascot is the Cougar (dad approves)
*I'm cold all the time
*An entire bottle of Mr. Bubble does indeed fill the entire bathtub with bubbles
(Thanks for the experiment Mr. Brayden!)


What I Don't Know:
*My way around yet
*My neighbors
*Why the carpet in my apt. is light colored
*Why I can occasionally smell a hint of cig smoke in my bedroom
*Why Brayden's new teacher wears so much red lipstick
*Why there's a median on every street (hello, U-Turns!!)
*Why the dumpster is so freakin far away
*Why didn't I leave more stuff in storage in Utah
*Where's all the water pressure??
*How to navigate the freeway system
*Are there kids living above us?
*Do my upstairs neighbors hate us because Owen cries so much?
